Jack joined the firm in 2006 and is responsible for all accounting and administrative functions.  His responsibilities include the staffing of engagements, ensuring adequate administrative support for Solenture’s consultants, bank and finance relationships and strategic planning.  He also assists on certain client projects that require the seasoned experience of a financial executive.

Previously, Jack served for 18 years as the Director of Finance for a large Pittsburgh based national law firm with annual revenues in excess of $150,000,000.  In this role, he was responsible for the overall financial management of the law firm, including directing accounting, billing and collection teams consisting of a controller, four managers and over 30 staff professionals.  He has significant experience managing budgets, bank and professional service relationships, financial reporting, audit and tax return preparation.

He also has 11 years of experience as a Principal with Arthur Young & Company where he supervised engagements ranging from 200 to 6500 hours and requiring 2 to 20+ staff and managers.  His representative clients included coal, steel, pubic utility companies and non-profits.  He holds a current CPA license in the State of Pennsylvania.

Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
