James W. Grosheider

Jim joined the firm in 2006 and supports
the firm’s retirement plans services and is responsible for all aspects
of defined benefits plans.
Jim has over 35 years of broad-based
actuarial and employee benefits experience. Before joining
Solenture, Jim was a principal with Towers Perrin where he worked for 18
years providing actuarial and benefit consulting services as well as
client relationship management to a variety of clients of all sizes.
Jim’s experience includes all aspects of
plan design, valuation, administration and financing. He has
extensive experience in the benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions
and due diligence activities. In addition to his actuarial
experience, Jim has also served as project manager for large benefit
outsourcing implementation projects.
Jim
is a
Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Education
BA in Business Administration from Indiana University in
Bloomington, Indiana (with high honors)
