Gretchen joined the Group Benefits Practice in 2001. Among her responsibilities, she provides technical assistance to clients in the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of their health and welfare plans. Specifically, she performs plan analysis and research and account management. In addition, she maintains vendor relationships on behalf of clients, obtaining vendor quotes and negotiating rates. Prior to joining the firm, she was the benefits administrator for a 700-member multi-location security firm.

She also had four years of experience at HealthAmerica, working as a treasury assistant and in various positions in the claims department.
