Since joining Solenture in 1984 Steve has led the visionary growth and changes to the firm.  A recognized leader and innovator in many fields, he is responsible for the strategic
direction of the firm.  A frequent guest speaker, he has also been quoted in or authored articles for Barron's Business Weekly, Business Week, CFO Magazine, Directorship, Journal of Compensation and Benefits, Journal of Deferred Compensation, and Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Steve has served on the board of The Association of Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU), is a contributing editor to Journal of Deferred Compensation, and is a member of the Association of Health Insurance Advisors and The International Forum. Steve serves as President-elect of the Andrew Carnegie Society of Carnegie Mellon University and is a former member of the Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
