Solenture is dedicated to uniquely crafting a full continuum of custom compensation and benefits programs as well as private client services for our clients and their advisors.  We begin by listening closely to learn everything we can about their businesses, objectives and personal goals.  We then draw upon our extensive range of capabilities and expertise to create innovative plans, from customized programs for high net worth executives to comprehensive compensation, health and welfare and nonqualified plans for major corporations.

In the compensation and benefits area, Solenture offers a wide spectrum of services, including the design and implementation of compensation plans, such as salary, short- and long-term incentive and equity programs. We also provide qualified and nonqualified plans, deferred compensation, stock-based plans, executive benefits and total compensation communications. In the employee benefits area, we develop custom solutions from health and welfare to qualified plans.

For our private clients, Solenture delivers services that help individuals and key executives manage their wealth and plan their estates.  Our knowledge of government regulations and personal planning techniques helps them meet personal, business and philanthropic objectives.  We assist in planning for life events, such as retirement, disability and long-term care.  Solenture develops and implements personal financial strategies to maximize wealth and minimize the impact of taxes.
