Vincent joined Solenture in 2008 and is primarily responsible for Private Client Services in the Bridgewater, NJ office.  Prior to him joining the firm, his financial services practice consisted of high net worth individuals and closely held companies.  He provides clients with a holistic approach to family security, asset management, estate planning and generational wealth transfer.  He also consults with companies (large & small) in areas such as; business succession planning, key employee and executive benefits, employee benefits plans and retirement plan services.

He holds Series 6, 63 and 65 Securities licenses and Life, Health and Accident, Title, Property and Casualty Insurance licenses.  He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and Beta Alpha Psi, an honorary international organization for financial students and professionals.

He is a Registered Representative of Mid Atlantic Capital Corporation and a Registered Investment Advisor for Solenture Advisors, LLC.

In addition, Vincent, along with his family, has been intimately affiliated with Embrace Kids Foundation (formally The Institute for Children with Cancer and Blood Disorders) for over 15 years.  This organization is responsible for raising and distributing more than $1 million annually to families who have a child afflicted with cancer.

He is also a Gold Knight of the MDRT Foundation which provides financial assistance and hope for people in need worldwide.

Education
BS/BA in Accounting from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC, while graduating with honors as a member of the Scholar Athletic Club
