From the beginning, Solenture has been known for its ability to develop custom solutions to meet client needs. This is not accomplished by accident but rather through a clear understanding of each client's philosophy or intentions that drive the solutions that are deployed.

When combined with Solenture's focus on administration, Solenture is able to monitor each program's performance against the original design and bring advisors back together to make needed changes.

Few operational, administrative, or financial structures are static. Economic, tax, and demographic changes alone can make changes necessary. However, the key drivers of change are people and their evolving views.

The Benefits of Innovative Thinking® extend far beyond the design. It also drives us to be mindful of change and adapt to preserve or improve client outcomes.

The 1960's - Solenture began as a consulting and financial services firm advising private businesses and high-net worth individuals. Our core competencies included: Business Owner Succession, Estate Planning, Life Insurance, Wealth Management, Disability, and more.
The 1970's - Solenture entered the Executive Benefits business to leverage new innovations and expanded our market to public companies. The need then, as it is today, resided with a focus on comprehensive custom solutions to address the needs of key executives.
The 1980's & 1990's - Solenture further expanded its services to include additional consulting and administrative services for our clients. Our broader offering of services resulted in the creation of our C-Suite® practice. In addition, many companies began looking to Solenture to assist with certain core employee benefits, as well as, assisting key employees into retirement.
The 2000's to Present - Today, Solenture's services focus on building value for businesses, families, and individuals.  

For our employer clients, we help them determine the vision, build the right strategies, and stay focused on any needed changes while developing the Total Rewards that are required to maintain a winning team.  
For individuals and families, Solenture helps them build and maintain a rational approach to preserving what is valuable to them.
